Orders made by midday BST will be despatched the same working day.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday and delivered on working days. (Please get in touch if you require a Saturday U.K. delivery.)
If the goods are returned to us, a second redelivery charge will be incurred.
Delivery times to addresses outside the U.K. are not guaranteed.
International Standard items are tracked with Royal Mail when leaving the U.K, and can then be tracked with the national post service once outside the U.K.
With U.K. deliveries a signature will be required upon delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer.
Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
Items sent outside the E.U. on Express will incur a handling fee from the carrier not included in the postage price.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.
Depending on the policy of non-UK banks in some cases we are only able to deliver to your debit/credit card billing address.
Free Delivery for Orders Above £200
Orlebar Brown offer free standard delivery on orders of the value £200 and above. Please note that this value is after promotions and discounts have been applied.
Click & Collect
Delivery will be to one of the five London stores specified when making your order.
Orders made after midday will be dispatched the next working day.
Once the order is confirmed, Orlebar Brown is unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Once the order is confirmed, if you would like to send the order to an alternative delivery address that is not an Orlebar Brown store, payment for postage will be required.
You will need to bring a print-out of your order confirmation when you collect your web order, along with a valid form of named ID (license, passport, credit card, debit card).
The chosen Orlebar Brown store will contact you when your order is ready to be collected. You must therefore provide both a valid email and contact telephone number when making your order.
If you wish someone to collect your order on your behalf, please contact the OB Concierge team (email@example.com +44 (0) 207 785 6941 Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00 GMT) in advance. The person collecting on your behalf must present the order confirmation and a valid form of ID as per the above.
Click and Collect orders will be held in the chosen Orlebar Brown store for 10 days. If not collected or no instructions are received within this period the web order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded.
Exchange and Refund
Orders made via the Orlebar Brown website can be exchanged in store, but only for items of the same value or higher.
Orders made via the Orlebar Brown website cannot be refunded in store. They will be returned to our warehouse and refunded within five working days.
For online orders to be refunded, the below process must be followed:
- Original post box and packaging must be used
- The slip included on the invoice must be completed and placed package
- All used postage labels should be removed or covered to avoid confusion
- The free returns label provided must be placed on the front of the post box
An email will be sent from the store confirming receipt of return in store. Further emails will be sent once return is received in our warehouse and processed.
The Orlebar Brown Commitment
We will endeavour to despatch goods as quickly as possible. The goods will be packaged securely and labelled clearly. If any item you have chosen is not available we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within 1 business days of receiving your order.
